Our owner and creative director, affectionally known as JennBell, has been an event producer and all around style guru for over 10 years. Her professional experience has run the gamut...from non-profit fundraising and business development specialist to lifestyle consultant. This New Jersey girl's innate sense of style was enhanced while living in Charlotte, NC where she was fortunate to learn the art of socializing and entertaining the Southern way. Jennifer has produced events for the NAACP, the NBA Players Association and countless organizations and individuals.

URBANE Weddings & Events is a boutique firm that brings high-end, bespoke style and superior customer-service to the local social management scene. Jennifer oversees every aspect of each of URBANE's fabulous events. Her warm personality, cutting-edge style and almost scary attention to detail make for a rare combination that has dramatically empacted how her clients, family and friends view themselves and their surroundings.

Our go-to event consultant, Jackie works with clients to finalize all wedding day details, coordinate ceremony rehearsals and wedding day logistics. She is on site to oversee your wedding day as well as ensure that everything is running smoothly and according to plan. Dr. Hailes-Perilla is not only a talented event coordinator and designer, but is also our resident sanity-checker. Armed with a doctorate in Psychology and a wicked sense of style, Barb has a knack for putting brides at ease and keeping grooms cool, calm and collected. When you hear "Relax, relate, release"....Barbara is in the building, soothing day-of jitters and making sure that every favor, place card and table setting is just so!
